How it works

STEP 01

Contact me

Message me and we can set up a free consultation to see if we are a good fit.

STEP 02

Meet up

We will meet somewhere local and go over the needs you expect to have postpartum, how many hours, go over the contract and get to know each other.

STEP 03

Have a prenatal visit

I typically just do 1 prenatal visit at about 34-36 weeks. This visit tends to be about 1-2 hours long depending on how many questions you have or how long it takes to discuss the needs and go over your postpartum plan.

STEP 04

Perinatal visits

This is when I will come at discussed days and times to help you and your family with what needs to be done so that you can rest and have some time to feel extra love and support.

FAQ

What areas do you serve?

I currently serve Weber and Davis counties. If you are on the outside of those counties, send me a message and we can see if there is something we can work out.

What is your training?

In 2025 I became trained and certified as a postpartum doula through Songbird Maternity. I have taken addition trainings in postpartum nutrition and mama and baby foot zoning techniques.

Do you offer payment plans?

If finances are an issues please message me, I know what It's like to want support and help but finances hold you back. We can discuss possibilities of payments plans or possible trade work so that you can have the support you need.

Do you offer overnight support?

Currently I offer nighttime hours that starts at 8pm and goes till 2am. I chose to offer this because I know how vital it can be to get a good stretch of uninterrupted sleep. If this is desired, it has to be for the full 6 hours.

What happens on a typical visit?

This changes based on the mother, baby and family needs. However, I will begin the visit by checking in with mom and ask her a series of 7 questions to gain a better understanding of how she is and what she is needing from me for that visit. I will then proceed with helping meet the needs of the mother and family as I am there to provide relief and support.

When is the best time to hire a postpartum doula?

I recommend booking while in your first or second trimester so that we have time to book a prenatal appt and get to know each other more since I will be apart of such a vulnerable time in your life. However, most mothers don't realize they need support till after the baby is here so if needed that can be booked after baby is here. You can reach out to book my services at anytime before giving birth and up to 4 months postpartum.

When is payment due?

After the free consultation if you decide to move forward with services I require a $200 retainer to hold your spot. This is non refundable and will be applied to your last 2 visits.

Do you have experience with multiples?

I have yet to have a professional experience with multiples, however; I have twin siblings that were born when I was a teenager and I provided a lot of support to my family at that time.
